Insufficient Quantities Preference

This preference allows you to determine how the system informs you that there is not enough inventory items available for sale.

When inventory items do not have enough units for sale:
Display a list of suggested alternatives - When this preference is set to Yes and there are not enough inventory units for sale, a screen displays and warns you that you do not have enough on hand and allows you to see substitute items.

Play a sound - When this preference is set to Yes and there are not enough inventory units for sale, you will hear an audible ding informing you about the situation.
