Does a deduction file template exist in CenterPoint that enables batch import of payroll deductions for employees each pay period so that multiple deductions can be processed without having to key them in. The deduction amounts change from week to week, so NOT a recurring deduction.

Unfortunately, CenterPoint does not currently have any ability to import Employee Deduction configurations from an external file source. Within CenterPoint the way a Payroll Advance would be handled is by creating a Payroll Advance type Earning and a Payroll Advance Repayment type Deduction and assigning each to the Employee. The earning is then used to pay the advance to the employee while the Deduction will automatically deduct the repayment amount from subsequent employee checks until repayment is complete.
