How to Get the Most Out of CenterPoint Payroll Reports

After attending this session, you will be able to:

  • Understand the Report Styles preference.
  • Verify CenterPoint Payroll setup by generating Payroll Setup Lists.
  • Use report selections to set dates, select pay runs, and filter reports.
  • Generate Payroll Data reports to view prepayment reports and verify leave time, verify payroll totals and time sheet history, produce check registers, review earnings detail and deduction liability or retirement plan contributions, and reconcile employee leave balances, amounts accrued, and leave history.
  • Generate Payroll Tax Data reports to determine tax liability and produce a tax register, verify Federal and State withholding and unemployment taxes by employee, and verify workers’ compensation calculation amounts.
  • Customize payroll reports using some common report changes.
