  • Direct Deposit - Allows you to deposit payroll funds directly into your employee bank account(s) or directly deposit payroll deductions and employee benefits. By switching from printed checks to direct deposit, you eliminate the entire process of purchasing check paper, printing the checks, putting them into envelopes, and distributing them.
  • Publish Pay Advices (Electronic Pay Stubs) – Used in conjunction with Direct Deposit to publish your employee direct deposit advices (check stubs) online where they can be viewed by your employees from anywhere. This eliminates the paper and envelope for each employee, every pay day. Switching from paper copies of pay stubs to electronic pay stubs also allows employees to view historical pay stubs any time.
  • CenterPoint Time Clock – Allows employees and supervisors to enter time manually or clock in/out and manage time off requests from a secure internet location either from an app on your phone or from your computer. That information can then be imported directly into CenterPoint Payroll. This eliminates the need for paper timecards or time off requests and streamlines the payroll process.
  • Electronic Tax Filing – Allows you to file Federal and State tax forms electronically which removes the need for the paper needed to print the forms, envelopes, and stamps.
  • Exporting and Emailing Reports – Allows you to share your CenterPoint reports with your accountant, banker, board of directors, etc. Payroll data can be exported to an Excel or PDF document. The exported file can be attached to an email or saved to an external drive.
