Red Wing Software offers live classroom training for customers at its facility in Red Wing, Minnesota, as well as other locations throughout the year. Customers have traditionally called to register for the classroom training. Signing up online makes the process simpler, for those who prefer to go online. (Those who prefer to register by phone still have that option as well.) To register for live classroom training online:

1. Go to www.redwingsoftware.com. (Be sure to sign in, so the system recognizes you as a customer.)
2. Choose Training>Classroom Training.
3. Click on the link for the training session for your product, and the date you prefer.
4. Click the ‘Register’ button.
5. Follow the cues to register. Customers who have a current Customer Care Plan are eligible for a discount, based on the level of their plan. If you are logged in and have a Customer Care Plan, the system will recognize it and show your discounted pricing.

FAQ:

• Can I register more than one person?
  Yes. You can register as many attendees as you like, using the online registration, assuming that many open spots are available.
• Will I get my training discount, when registering online?
  Yes, if you have a current Customer Care Plan and you are signed in, the system will recognize you and automatically calculate your discount, based on your plan level.
• Will I get a copy of the invoice when registering online?
  Yes, an invoice will be available to print, during the online registration process.
• Can I cancel my registration online, or make edits after registering?
  No. To make edits or to cancel once you have registered, you will need to call us at 800-732-9464.
• How can I pay for training, when I register online?
  You can pay using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
• I don’t want to register online. Can I still call to register?
  Yes. You can still register by phone by calling 800-732-9464.
