| Please follow the process below to authenticate your Red Wing Cloud Services account on or after April 1, 2024: |

From your web browser, enter https://mycloudmfa.com. |
| 2. |
Enter your current Red Wing Cloud Services login credentials. |
| 3. |
Retrieve the 6-digit code from the email (Subject: [Red Wing Software Cloud Services] Login Verification Code) and enter it in the https://mycloudmfa.com website. |
| 4. |
You will then be redirected to https://centerpoint.redwingcloud.com to log in. Or, if you log in from a local RDP or direct connection, log in as you usually do. |
