Cloud Services - Multi-Factor Authentication Reminder

Reminder: The Red Wing Cloud Services requires you to authenticate your login credentials the first time you log in each month at each unique connection location.
Please follow the process below to authenticate your Red Wing Cloud Services account on or after April 1, 2024:
1. From your web browser, enter https://mycloudmfa.com.
2. Enter your current Red Wing Cloud Services login credentials.
3. Retrieve the 6-digit code from the email (Subject: [Red Wing Software Cloud Services] Login Verification Code) and enter it in the https://mycloudmfa.com website.
4. You will then be redirected to https://centerpoint.redwingcloud.com to log in. Or, if you log in from a local RDP or direct connection, log in as you usually do.
Please note the following:
If you do not receive the authentication email, please check your spam/junk folders.
The MFA will take place via the email address you have tied to your Red Wing Cloud Services account.

Full Product Training

Full Product Training provides everything you need to know to work efficiently, improve your day-to-day skills in your accounting software, find ways to save time, and obtain the information you need to make better management decisions. Full Product Training is the most comprehensive way to learn to use CenterPoint. Live sessions are typically four hours per day, run over multiple business days, and are presented by an experienced Red Wing Software instructor. Participants join a scheduled session with other Red Wing Software users. If you attend a live Full Product Training session, you receive 30-day access to the recorded session.

Note: This training is a four-part, 16-hour live online session held on multiple days for a total cost of $300.00 and will be limited to 15 participants. An optional 2-hour bonus session is included at no additional cost and will be held on the day after the course concludes.
Red Wing Software offers recorded Full Product Training videos as well as live Full Product Training sessions. Customer Payments Portal and Clover Connect Partnership Explained!

Hi! I am Stephanie, and I work in marketing at Red Wing Software. I wanted to give a better description of the Customer Payments Portal and Clover Connect partnership, how they came to be, and most importantly, how they can help YOU!
While CenterPoint has had a robust Accounts Receivable function, Red Wing Software users have requested a way to allow their customers to pay online. Through research and relationships, Red Wing Software met with Clover Connect, a sector of Fiserv-- a global fintech and payments company. Clover Connect specializes in the online payment experience; after several meetings, it became apparent that a partnership would greatly enhance CenterPoint for our customers. This allows users the ability to receive payments online from their customers quickly and securely. We worked with Clover Connect to implement some of their technology into our software to ensure any payments received electronically would still go to the right place for reporting and be a seamless process. (After all, it’s meant to simplify the whole process, not make it more difficult!)
I must say, I think our programmers, along with Clover Connect, did an amazing job of making this tool easy to use. You can email your customers a secure link, allowing them to pay immediately. If you are processing multiple invoices simultaneously, you can choose some or all invoices to be sent via email, and then print the rest. All processed payments can then be imported directly into CenterPoint to simplify the reconciliation process. All these steps are done using the Customer Payments Portal for CenterPoint Accounting.
Using the Customer Payments Portal does require credit card processing through Clover Connect. This arm of the software allows you to accept electronic payments. Clover Connect offers a ‘meet or beat’ guarantee, meaning they will either meet the credit card processing pricing you currently have or beat it. The nice part is that there is no obligation for you to find out what your rate would be, either.
