Year-End Tax Forms

As the end of 2023 approaches, we would like to suggest the perforated paper and envelopes that you may need to purchase for processing W-2s, 1099s, and ACA forms (for CenterPoint Payroll only). Perforated paper and envelopes can be purchased from Computer Forms, Inc. by clicking here, by calling 800-458-0158, or by clicking the Order Checks and Forms icon on the Red Wing Software website. All orders are 25% off until December 31, 2023 (use promotion code RWCFITD when ordering). You can filter your selections by using the Type filter on the left side of the screen.
All W-2 and 1099 forms (including the Copy A (often called the “red copy”) and your 1096) can be printed on the same plain perforated paper (if you choose to order the blank perforated paper with no backer instructions) and use the same envelope. You can print the W-2 and 1099 forms on plain paper, but the IRS recommends the forms be printed on perforated paper. The W-3 can be printed on blank plain paper.

These 1-2 hour sessions provide in-depth information and explanations that allow you to learn more about CenterPoint from anywhere you can access the internet (high-speed internet connection recommended). One of our CenterPoint experts presents the session live while you view the presenter's computer screen. You will have the opportunity to ask questions. Afterward, a pre-recorded video on the topic will be available for reference.

Online Classroom Training

Online Classroom Training is the most comprehensive way to learn to use CenterPoint programs. These sessions offer the same curriculum as the live Classroom Training seminars. The format has been altered to better suit online learning. Sessions are limited to four hours per day and run over multiple business days. Attendees join a scheduled Online Classroom Training session with other Red Wing Software users. Sessions are presented by an experienced Red Wing Software instructor.

CenterPoint Payroll
  February 7 and 8, 2023

Price: $150.00
This is a two-part, 8-hour live online sessions held over consecutive days for a total cost of $150.00 ($75.00/4 hours for each part) and will be limited to 15 participants.
